This thing prolly has around 600 hp or so, countersteering is not the same as in a 270hp ish car, the torque it has with stiffened suspension makes it a totally different car then the stock stuff you normally see. Break kit is a must after 450 hp and it will override the dccd... good for AWD? defenetly not, but im sure this thing was tuned and upgrated to take this abuse with no problem...

this is rear wheel drive even with the dccd ot dont kake it rear drive just pushes more power to rear like 65% rear or sum fink ...

It is totally RWD, otherwise the driver wouldn`t use that much counter steering doing donuts, it would stop the slide.

Have you ever heard of dccd on impreza's? you can transfer the power between the front and back wheels, looks like he put the power through the rears.

@derekdok Dccd is definitely not used for this applications. there is no way you can put 100% power to the rear wheels.

It remains 4WD as but with the DCCD you're able to do 65% Rear 35 % Front.

It's just a good play thingy that most Sub drivers want incl. me.

oh in that case u should check out team orange from japan, the have about 3-4 RWD subaru's, a rwd evo 9 & are mid way though building a Evo 10 for the D1GP for 2009

ya i converted my 96 legacy, you see i got it stuck in the snow and after an hour i got it out, when i got it out the transmission started slipping and i was only getting power to the rear wheels
