  • I don't have my F3 installation anymore, so you should type player.addperk 0100bf70 1 and see what it does. You can always removeperk it later.

  • I mean, I'm pretty sure like years ago I saw Xporc's an Xporc's release notes saying that now (in FOOK2) the perk wasn't useless anymore. I'm quite (but only) quiter certain it adds a non-skill bonus too.

    True, it's good if you haven't maxed out Small Guns, Science, and Lockpick yet. But at my current level, it was useless.
