You can still get a 100% without getting an FC. If you over strum you break the streak and dont get an FC but you still hit all the notes so you get a 100%

the difference is that he strummed somewhere and lost his multiplier, so he still hit every note, it just wasn't a full combo.

he didnt actually miss the note. he hit an xtra button, which doent mess up your percent because you hit everynote, and thats all that it looks at.

Yeah...it is a 100%...read the paper at the end of the song. Its called an overstrum i still hit all the notes but strummed where there were none. SO yes...100%
