I live in USA and I looked at the origin of this, it is shameful, it started in US jails to differentiate between Men who acted as "women" to other fellow jailbirds. To be specific, gay relationships are prevalent in US jail, and a man who would act as a woman to another man, had to lower the pants for differentiation. for someone who know the origin, this make this men look like a bunch of Idiots

As a father of a youth in USA, this is part of the youth development. Its common across the board with all youth. Some highschool administrators allow it others dont. Law makers in USA admit that sagging is not a crime and its up to parents to decide. The problem i have as a parent is when our youth imitate jail life style as cool. To me my son looks cool with the style because it identifies him as a youth .
