I love it, just saw it on the dr's i snagged the drums sticks my son left and got busy....check out their music for some of your workouts at fb Triumph Over Shipwreck...they have some pretty good fast paced music....I used one of their songs and let me tell you, old lady here hung for about 2minutes...but by the end of Feb., my sons hands and feet will need to keep up with me...Thanks Ladies......MammaCliffie
