Okay, I watched this video twice more. Three big mistakes: one, headshot. I'm not sure about what rules you guys LARP with, but headshots are a no no. So is hitting someone when they're down. Third is more a combat thing; kid in green: when black t-shirt is running along with his hammer-thing cocked behind his head, that's a chance for you to go and slash his stomach, its a big opening right there! And you just left it alone. The reverse applies for black t-shirt. Don't leave such big openings.
