Looks good, but i would worry with having that many fish in a 30 gallon tank, you could have fish die off's. Make sure you do 20% water changes every couple weeks at least.

That's great, I love fish tanks. My only advice is to get a timer for your lights. If you get a timer and keep the lights only when you will be home it will keep algae down.
