Once you cut off the screen be quick, but under control on the catch. Jump behind the ball, turning your body in to face the basket. Eliminate reaching for the ball as this slows your release and causes you to catch with your hands on the side leading to sidespin. Your knees lower just before the catch and extend upward on the catch in a rhythmical down-and-up motion. As your legs go up your shooting arm goes up. If you are shooting long, put more arc on your shot by raising your arm higher.
my coach use to teach me in such a bad way that it was well I don't want to say, but he always thought he was right when he was far from right. And He didn't like being corrected buit now eversince I've stood to him reinforced my belief's by using these video's he coaches way better

this guy is amazing! im soo attending one of his camps! my shooting is pretty good already, but hey there is always room for improvement! i wish he was a coach at my school! i still love my coach though, she is amazing!

every time i run off fast i shoot the ball to hard and the ball wouldn't go in???

i watched is videos a couple of months ago, and then i was about a 25% 3 point shooter. and now i am a 70% 3 point shooter!!!!!!!GREAT COACH!!
