I wouldn't worry about looking silly when you straighten your hair. Mine's at shoulder length, and on the rare occassion that I do straighten it (I'm trying to embrace my natural curls x]) I have to tie it up in little sections with elastic bands. It looks beyound ridiculous.

Does the shampoo lather well? I bought the moroccan argon oil one and it doesn't lather well at all! I'm not sure if it's because it's sulfate-free but I have to use more, especially since I have a lot of hair.
