I have to say one thing: I hit the thumbs up button before I had even heard the playing. I haven't even heard it as of writing this comment, but I just know it's going to be amazing. Now it's time to watch, and most of all, listen!
I dont know if this is the right place to say this but I think you should give "Corridors of Time" from Chrono Trigger a try. I bet a lot of people would like to hear you play it!
This really put a smile on my face! :D This was probably from the best game EVER! lol Overall this was played great especially the end. Excellent job ^_^
But how do you get the music to sound like that in your video... When I'm making my video's I can sometimes hear things in the background :/ I might get a new camera.
@612curtis audio is recorded twice, once with the camera mic, but at same time I am recording with a seperate mp3 recording device to capture cleaner audio, this is aux out on piano to line in on the recorder, so its not a mic, but a digital audio wav. recording I get. Cheers.
@DLPBurke not sure...but you will find with YT that the most popular artists/pianists just use basic camera mic's, no fancy set up and it works wonders, in my opinion the less popular and more deserving artists actually put in the effort to sound good and are better players, but most people it seems just want you to play popular pieces to a low level and with poor sound quality and say they are the greatest pianists to ever live, racks my brains thinking about it to be honest.
@UKpiano It was meant as a rhetorical question :P I know why they are lousy, I just wish they would work out why and fix it. Glad people who know what they are doing exist like you.
what a sweet piece, every inner fan boys dream i must imagine, thank you for illuminating my day with your wonderful skills. speaking of fan boys and computer games you guys just have to watch the YT clip "Lang Lang gone mad" it's probably the funniest thing i've ever seen in my life XD, so funny how he relates computer games with his paino playing lol
Well done, Mark! Quite delightful, and your playing is so seamless that any small errors are not really detectable...pretty perfect, in my opinion. Enjoyed it enough to put in my favorites...thank you for sharing!
Love the Staccato sound throughout the entire piece.

Nice performance. How does the roland supernatural sound compare with the Yamaha clp 470 series and Synthogy Ivory 2
88keyDaz 7 months ago
@88keyDaz dont know as I have not tried the 470 yet, or Ivory, but Ivory will be best as it uses most memory I believe for the samples/model.
