@OliverDeathKnight hey, nothing wrong with wanting to go back to a playground. in a way, it's what all helps keep our sanity in one sense or another. One of the reasons that they have swingsets at public parks that have seats large enough to hold adults. I just wish they had the old metal equipment back.
i was lucky to live on a miltary base for a lil while it was the best ever when i was a lil kid there was so many things like that i remember but my grandfather had a not so good relationship with my dad he didnt shed a tear when he kissed his cold motionless face i remember when i was a young child i sat on his lap and he would just look at me amazed how he came to america at 11 and was now holding a white baby! im remember him teaching me spanish he died cutting grass at 68 like a true mexican
yep he had a heart attack because he never took his meds he said "ifs its time to go why try and fight it i want to die and go to heaven ive done my time here"
Good stuff man...It sickens me that they have a weapon of war right there in the innocent's playground as though it's a novelty item and not used for killing.
The fact that you've gotten yourself to be around her to remember in the first place is something to be happy about. I'll always remember my Grandpa Jim because he was there with me to make memories. The other one, not so much... but I guess he enjoyed his solitude. Really great video.
This video was very moving, made me sad thinking about the loved ones we leave behind. Important to cherish every moment with family and make happy memories for the young to remember us by.
they will remember you for everything youve done. because your great. hope they dont go through the same stuff you did. because you didnt deserve it. but never the less there will always be more battles of the unknown out there in the future. they will remember because your family and always try to be there for them. i wont forget you. because youve been a real friend. dont think about death it sucks. but your one of the coolest grand parents. im sure. atleast you spend time with them.
Since love is transcendant and obviously mutual between you all it will always bond you. They'll remember both the time you spent with them and through all of your creative expressions of yourself. But you'll be around for a long time anyway.
As a granddaughter, I can attest to the fact that they will remember you--as a person--And even say to each other, "remember that one time when grandpa took us to the park and..." I have VERY great memories of BOTH my "Papas"!! Wonderful men!

That was ominous. They won't forget you. You color their lives and they're already learning more from you than you give them credit for...
