can u tell me what are u playing at end of video is it scales ...are u picking each note to a scale ..its so fast i wish i could pick all the notes like u did ..what technique is used to strum each note is it up and down or just strum each note down stroke

@gizmizer Thanks, I'm not sure what scale it exactly; probably something in the D scale? I kind of stole that lick from Randy Rhoads. If you listen to Over The Mountain guitar solo, it's the lick you hear at the in the middle of the song. I did a guitar cover of that video...if you go to about 2:55 or so of that video, you'll see what I'm talking about. On this video, I just pick the notes that I want emphasis on, and I just hammer on/pull off the rest. Hope this helps.

@raizamaria I would say Takamine if you want an acoustic guitar. Though, when I choose any guitar, I have to play it first before I make a decision. This lets me know how hard it is to play it or how well the strings ring out, how loud it sounds when I give it a good strum, do the strings buzz? etc... This model that I am playing sounds GREAT with an amp, but sounds weak when played without one. If you strum really hard, the strings kind of flap against the fretboard. Well, Good LUCK!

Thanks! There is not much stretching involved. It's all smoke and mirrors...that guitar has kind of small frets. I wish I had Paul Gilbert-size hands.
