  • If ya havent seen this movie, you should! ITS WONDERFUL! I know I know....the ewwwwws own Hollywood. BUT these old films is ONE half way decent thing they did!......Very interesting perspective into the past.....I wish I lived then......

  • God JS was really cute young. I never really looked at him until now.

  • Shakespeare is misquoted at the end. The dialogue is merging the first four lines of Stanza One and the first three lines of Stanza Two of a beautiful poem from "As You Like It."

  • i like this this is when americains spoke properley with correct gramer

  • Sorry, that's just a little bit funny written with such bad spelling.

  • @hogwarts09 "grammar" but you must have known that.

  • @hogwarts09 Carradine always had splendid diction. Actors were expected to have that at the time, but it is rare today.

  • @hogwarts09 I* Americans* properly* grammar* (A comma and a period would have helped to make your point as well.)

  • @hogwarts09 It's spelt 'Grammar'

  • An improbable White House setting at best and totally out of character for Lincoln. Makes for corny drama and poor history.

  • Oh damn, dude looks so much like Lincoln its scary. No spanking here, so I won't watch anymore.

  • lol your right he does look like Lincolin.

  • I really like this scene even though i have never seen the movie.

  • that voice can recognize it anywhere

  • Very moving

  • Jimmy made this movie great.

  • excellent scene.

  • Well I guess he should've contacted his mommy, so nevermind.

  • IF you \fail ill have you what????

  • Court Martialled, a military court.

  • he should have whomped him with a club , forgetting his old mother like that, actually that would have made the scene more interesting. thanks for posting

  • @bearsagainstevil naw. he didn't have to whomp him . He "whomped" him with sharp, but loving words--so sharp and direct it made Stewart's character cry. Sometimes, words have a greater effect than physical discipline. The right words can have the same force as a "club."
