I would call Chris Mullin almost as pure of a shooter in his prime as Larry Bird and Pistol Pete. Also, had Mullin had the benefit of the 3-point line while at St. John's, he would have set a Big East and possibly an NCAA scoring record which never would have been broken. Anyone agree with me?
Yes, I agree. Chris had little hops and was slow afoot, but his bball I.Q. was so high. Mullin had that sweet court vision as well. He was definitely one of the best before injuries curtailed his career. I don't know why they called him "Golden Boy" though... lol.. it was Mully!
