I think the movie people are asking about isn't TCM2 but rather The Hidden. A 1987 movie about an alien fugitive inhabiting human bodies.

The eighties-ness of this song is part of its appeal. No production to make it timeless. It is absolutely of its time and kicks ass all the more because of it. Would you really prefer to hear this song produced in the mid-90's by a big-time producer?

It's funny that on Ministry's Twich there is a song with exact same name. Both albums were released the same year. Rushakoff and Jourgensen played together in Special Affect and later in Ministry. Interesting if there is any connection between songs...

How do you know its shark Island?

Jack mckoy who made the vid (with this sountrack obviously) said it was made at 4 different locations but would not say where. I'm not saying shark island wasn't one of them but how do you know?

I LOVE the dated sound of this album....their later albums had more character and power, but this has SUCH a mid-80's Production on it that it really strikes a chord with me.....matches a lot of what I grew up on, and still their distinctive styles as players stand out from the generic studio treatment......really best of both worlds.

they should've kept that producer.

@MugaMetalChannel this was also used in a movie - i used to own the soundtrack but i effing can't remember the name, with another song from this album - would anyone know ? it's nearly killing me, been trying to remeber for some time now, maybe 1989, around that time; great sound , still today , and so much better than the crap from the nineties
