I dont understand where that word came from. I know the hebrews, the philistans, the cananeans, but jews, even Moses would never understand the meaning of this word. Its a concocted word. The term in the the torah is "yehud" After many translations we will be called "Jews" Moses woud understand the term because he was the first Jew. (Abraham was the first Hebrew). And it's not only about submitting to G-d. We do this as a lifestyle, but we also connect with him. Muslims are not Hebrews. Ishmael Was blessed with many lands, but not Israel.

@molotovbeats I'm sure it's in the Talmud because it is seen in the book of Ester. Mordechai the Jew "Mordechai, Hayehudi". But we are mainly refered to as the "children of Israel" through out the Tanach. It's just an other way to say "Jew". If anything, in Jewish sermons, we would say children of Israel.

@3rdSamurai Nope, the Talmud is the teachings of the rabbis, not the word of God. The Torah should be the word of God. Like I said the terms jews and judaism are not in the torah. Moses was submitted to god like all the others who accepted God in there life. Its called Islam. The "Judaism'' you see today is a fraud. It only means ''from Juda''. If the christians knew that....anyway that is not torah at all, its a gathering of the teachings of good rabbis with good intentions and others with evil teachings. Human teachings, not God. They tell the ''jews'' how to think and what to do just like extremist in islam do. I know some things, but not all of course, im not like you, I dont know everything.

@573V3P3V3 Well if you are refering to the Corner shot, then yes. But even so, The Israeli system is more of a thing of it's own. The idea of the Corner shot was indead Hitlers, but it wa horrible. The Israeli version, is an atachment to the Glock 19 I believe. The Nazi version was a bent musle that would fire shots that would not be accurate and had a bunch of other problems. By the time Israel was estrablished, all ideas were brought to the table, Israel made them a reality.

The world doesn't work like that. Future Jewish generations will have to pick up the tab for the things their forefathers did. This is all about demographics, sooner or later the Arab poplulation will be so large that the Jews will have no choice but to give them their land back.
