We do keep a Sabbath day, but just as I stated before, there is the Jewish way and the Biblical way. Jews see Torah as the first 5 books of the Bible, whereas Christians realize that Torah is ANYTHING God says as a commandment or instruction. Therefore, when God came as Jesus and said "Love your enemies" that is Torah, i.e. law or instruction. We do not limit ourselves to the first 5 books of the Bible, there are far too many things that God needed to do after Deuteronomy. Our Sabbath is Sunday

Jews as well as 7th day Adventists and other rigid legalists miss the entire point of the Sabbath. The Sabbath is made for man, not for God. First, SATURday is named after the pagan god Saturn, so if your appeal against Sunday worship is based on the fact that it is named after a pagan deity think again. Secondly, and most importantly, the Bible DOES NOT specify a particular day for the Sabbath. Any one in seven days can be used, because as Jesus said, the Sabbath is for man's benefit. We are supposed to set aside one day every week to rest from our labors and to reflect on and worship God
@apologeticsman The days of the week are very clearly numbered and the specific number (7) is very clearly identified in the Bible as the Sabbath day - names have nothing to do with it. It was a Roman Caesar (Constantine) that canonized the "venerable day of the Sun" - Sol invictus in the fourth century and made adherence to the Bible Sabbath (the seventh day) punishable by death (excommunication). You either obey God or Ceasar. That is why Sunday is "The Mark of the Beast" which is apostasy.

We do keep a Sabbath day, but just as I stated before, there is the Jewish way and the Biblical way. Jews see Torah as the first 5 books of the Bible, whereas Christians realize that Torah is ANYTHING God says as a commandment or instruction. Therefore, when God came as Jesus and said "Love your enemies" that is Torah, i.e. law or instruction. We do not limit ourselves to the first 5 books of the Bible, there are far too many things that God needed to do after Deuteronomy. Our Sabbath is Sunday

The Sabbath commandment states "six days shall you labor, and the seventh shall you rest" First, most people do not work 6 days anyway, so they are already breaking the law, and secondly, it doesn't say which specific day Sabbath is, just that it is one out of seven. @apologeticsman The days of the week are very clearly numbered and the specific number (7) is very clearly identified in the Bible as the Sabbath day - names have nothing to do with it. It was a Roman Caesar (Constantine) that canonized the "venerable day of the Sun" - Sol invictus in the fourth century and made adherence to the Bible Sabbath (the seventh day) punishable by death (excommunication). You either obey God or Ceasar. That is why Sunday is "The Mark of the Beast" which is apostasy.

Christianity is the exact oppisit of Judaism.
Judaism teaches works and laws and Christianity teaches GRACE.
Christianity (CHRIST LIKE) was so against Judaism that Christ called the Scribes and Pharasees children of Satan.
Why is it every time you Jews can't explain anything you resort to name calling.

Christ was still a Jew when he died and if he came back like you said he will he would STILL be jewish. Christianity wasn't even created until many MANY years after his death when a council of followers decided how jesus would be precieved as either a man or god and also which books/scriptures would be put into your bible to mold jesus how they wanted. Go ask the Vatican about the missing books they have a good few.

I remember who has helped me, and my ancestors remember who saved their lives in the holocaust. So don't spit out bullshit facts, you have no idea what your talking about. If you dislike someone for their individuality I refer to that as hate. I accept your christian values and I think their a wonderful way to raise a child. I accept Muslim values as well.

Lets not for get it was a Christian nation(USA) who came to the Jews rescue in Germany. And yet people seem to only remember the crusades. This is selective memory. This Christian nation(USA) is now under attack by liberalism and diversity perpetrated by the very people who were saved by it.

Hey history buff, this nation was founded on Christian principles, not for every belief that any moron can invent. I'll also have you know that I was born here, I didn't sneak across the border. If you think only christians were here when this country was founded then your perpously neglecting the truth. If it were only christians who had a say in developing government for this country then why would they care about religious freedom? It would have been a one religion nation from the get go. But it's not because there were other people from other religions involved. So it was found on moral religious principles and not just christian principles. If you HATE anyone, your a Coward.

We humans all think differently, yet we all share a common ground to establish happiness and watch our families grow. Those in opposition to my beliefs are advocates of war and athism. I welcome anyone to think differently than I if it does not mean casting stones upon another diversity.
