I've done this but it still gives me an error saying "Profile Validation: Some of the tags in the profile have incorrect or no values. Flash Media Live Encoder will use default values for these tags."

Should that be popping up?

i use superweb cam how do u get it to show the cursor?

Its should be in the settings, if not, try changeing the cursor.
