I was so disappointed when I first saw this movie thinking that there were no famous tunes in it. But at the end along comes Change Partners to redeem it. Irving Berlin at his very best!

The recording of this made it to number one on the record charts in the second week of September 1938.

I think that there must be copyright restrictions on posting some of the great F&G dances on u-tube. "Never Gonna Dance" and "Let's Face the Music and Dance", I know was pulled...and I suspect their great "Change Partners" dance was also.

Someone had posted the "Change Partners" dance to the Pink Panther Theme. I could not believe how well the dance fit the music. I love the dance and the Pink Panther Theme is my ringtone. So I don't know if it was pulled because of the dance or the music. I loved it just the same.
