I usually use the 7stage powder, and it definately lifts w/o a cap or foil..... That's my go to for when I want to go blond.

if it's long enough to braid u should try breading weave in to re enforce the bread so it wont slip out. good luck i hope this helped

Okay, I have a question and anyone can answer really, I just need to know before Saturday. My sister is going to get tracks sewn into her hair but, her hair is really short and so it doesn't grip well.When we braid the hair, it comes loose. What should we do? We're trying to grow her hair out because it's broken off so much! Help if you can, i'd appreciate it!

@wheresierraat she should get synthetic brading hair...the kind that cost $1-3 dollars a bag..if the person knows how to braid tight and she has a good amount to grip then that should do the job...hopes this helps

@wheresierraat you can do the braiding hair but do a weaving cap on top not the wave cap for quickweaves but its a mesh cap with holes and an elastic band around it braid first with the weave then put the cap on and braiid throught the cap and the braids trust me i have the same problem because i don't braid tight

when I ombre'd my hair in the summer I put thin streaks at different lengths so that it wasn't a harsh line
