You probably don't need to have the set motor speed inside those loops; it's faster if you set your motors before the program enters the loop, and they will remain on until you unset them.
You can get more room for your programs to display if you close the right half of the screen by clicking the imbedded "X" near the upper right. Not the "X" that closes the program though. There's another one that closes the robots instruction area.
