TINY Westinghouse Traction elevator to 40th floor @ Cathedral of Learning Oakland PA

What is brief level like 36, 37, 38 and 40 floors??? One missing 39 floor... Why that elevator shorter floors between 36 and 40 floors? I’ll never see that before, that was great old elevator to vid.

Elevaor #33 is also has a dude door. Elevator #33 is the Conway Parking garage and it's a Westy too.
