ive had this phone since this march. i got it as a discount because it was paired with a blackberry curve. i like the phone at first but i hate the fact that its a full touchscreen. i wish it had a qwerty button keyboard. my camera button stopped working on it and there is no other way to take pictures so ive been SOL for about 2 months now and i havent returned it yet. i havent found the time to but when i do i will definately be glad to give the phone back and see if i can get a different one.

On the whole....I like the phone! Miss the 'weather app' on Web menu...before you could show up to 10 cities at a time. Still can't get "animated text"....what's up with that! No stylus, No extra battery, No leather case.....For us original owners of an 'Instinct'....this model is a "DOWNGRADE".

The browser it comes with is shit! It doesn't load fast at all and the phone freezes alot. No settings or features on the phone. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

No! it doesn't do anything crazy at because the phone has a lock on it so if you have it in your poket nothing will happen. I have this phone and it sucks. There is no good apps from sprint or thrid party. The video quality sucks whether its from youtube or just upload to the mini sd card. It freezes all the time. The music player sux u it rarely picks up the mp3 tags. if u listen to long podcast it always goes back to 8 mins when u get a call in the middle of listening. the audio quality sux on youtube.

It's a good phone for what it is & the price. A stylus is a plus although it does not come with one. U can get a stylus for under $5 at RS. So far I'm happy with the phone. Had it for a couple months. Battery is good unless you use the speaker & web alot. It seems to charge faster with the car charger.

Its trackball is terrible and thats the only way to navigate unlike this phone where u can easily glyde your finger. Trust, I know everyone has a blackberry but they truely suck if your under 20.

blackberry curve... i have this phone and its okay... but it freezes a lot, the streaming (like youtube) doesnt work too well on the phone, it works like 1/10 the of the time, the music player is not user friendly to navigate through (altho i'm not sure how better it is in blackberry). the quality of the music player is better than the blackberry tho. the camera is nice. but the calendar is a pain to use and i still cant find apps to put on this phone.

It looks better outside but is garbage inside.The old one had a weather and news app(or at least it looked like that) the new version opens a web page with the content not even similar to the way it looked on the previous phone version.I had to turn off the private mode on the browser because it was causing the phone to freeze. Many apps I used with old Instinct now are not compatible (ex. Pandora, Mobile Banking,etc.). It continues freezing and you will continue getting the "uncaught error".
