@F1addict09 The best research document put together on the history of the Holocaust with English subtitles of German speaches, including Steicher, was comprised in a CD Rom called "Lest We Forget," by Logos, endless interactive. Unfortunately, I've found the CD rom was designed for windows 1996, and upgrades were never made, so for some reason it fails to run on anything past windwos98. Dissapointing because it's is a stunning educational achievement. You can still purchase it online.
