nomei5rj I m simply a 5'7 chinese kid and I am able to dunk easily. Anybody can certainly do it, you just need to follow the right training program. I followed the one over at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | but any training plan is good if they work (which many do not)

I can't stand the Celtics at all but I gotta say for yall Celt fans that this had to be a great experience---going from laughing stock of the NBA to unstoppable Champs. As a Chicago Bulls fan we are now the biggest joke in sports history (we loss at home to a 1-19 Nets team last week---LOL). It's okay...Bulls were able to put a struggle against the Lakers that night even though you guys lost. No excuses for an injured Kobe Bryant...they still have Pau Gasol, Derek Fisher, Lamar Odom, and Ron Artest...an overpowered team :O.

Again my team blows but I am a true fan through and through. Besides we hold the best single season team ever with the only team to win 70+ games in a REG Season plus the ring (95-96 Bulls).
