"I" pretend to put on my armor of god. or i put myself in a white ballon...and in my head i extend it out about 5 inches from my body. so then no one can suck up my energy and i dont pick up any negative vibes.
but on a NORMAL basis i just depend on my DOOR KEEPER to keep things away from me and my main angel guide STARLITE to keep things away from me..then i dont have to think on putting up my wall.
also some folks and i do too use a protection pouch tiny lil ting you leave in your bra for protection. filled with crystals insence , things meant for keeping your spirit to you and dont let others in to you. its
oh wow thank you tasha, i like picking up energy and i dont mind it when i feel their sad emotions but if i pick up someones anxiety and i cant work out who it is then it pretty much stays there and thats when i want to be able to switch it off, thank you very much for replying x x x
