if you take them on from afar just shoot them with a dart crippling their legs. Their running speed will drop down to below yours (the only monster the dart is useful for) Then just use your best weapon or even mines

Old Olney(Where the guy in the vid is) is probably the most dangerous place in the wasteland cause its infested with Deathclaws and theres a hatch and if you fall in, you cant get out so you have to go through the sewere to reach an exit, and the sewer is filled with Deathclaws and radiation and you cant teleport if you fall in the hatch

with the scrounger perk, you're guaranteed to find more ammo than you use up (assuming you actually open ammo cases when you explore)

sometimes alien blaster ammo falls from a flying ship...it's true i saw a video a ship was flying and blows up and you hear a big boom and metal falling....then look around the ground...its what people called random events

Have you tried beating them on Very Hard? It takes them about 4 strikes max to kill me when my hp is full at 360 HP and 25 DR.

I have to get high as fuck on jet, psycho, buffout, and med-x all at once just to stand a chance!

Somebody likes to brag, may I contribute? I killed one at level 8 with an assult rifle. Damn near took three clips to do it. Im not saying that they are easy to kill, i just got lucky. Once I got cornered by two of them and I died rather quickly.

easiest way imho is to just simply use the dart gun, then they are as slow as hell, and you can take all the time in the world cus they can't catch up with you anyways, otherwise bottlecap mines 2 the max
