Im serve safe certified in the State of Alabama and was a Special Events Coordinator for 8 years working my way through college. I miss cooking but got a better job now. You should try cooking for 150 movie stars after a Golf tournament serving them outdoors in a tent at a SAKS grand opening. Whole new Ballpark. Test of perfection. Sucks when you cook for people like that. Its like they don’t care how hard you worked to please them

i can honestly tell you from working in one of the three mcdonald's in sierra vista, az things that you don't expect to happen in a fast food restaurant to happen do infact happen. i've seen a fry cook drop a hamburger on the floor and pick it back up! he then sent it down the assembly line to be given to a customer.
