  • Great presentation Dr. Richard Harvey!

  • @samusphazonsuit23567 what the hell are you talking about?

  • excellent presentation but could the voices of the questions from the audience be subtitled or even amplified so we can understand where the participants are coming from please?

  • Superb lecture and introduction to Stress and biofeedback. Has anyone tried Open Focus guided exercises by psychologist and neurofeedback pioneer Les Fehmi? These have all been designed and tested with people in a neurofeedback setting, but can be done on your own, at home. You can go to dissolvingpain. com or OpenFocus. com.

  • This video helped me figure out what biofeedback actualy is. i loved it. especially the lemon imagery part! explained visualization too=P

  • We must use biofeedback for stress.

  • How do you begin to notice that ones Intent is real? This video helps...

  • im not learning anything learning prob.

  • The demonstration was using a GSR2 device from Thought Technology. I suspect the problem with the speakers he was trying to use was interference from the microphone on the podium. They were too close. To see a demonstration YouTube - GSR2 instructional Video. Or Using a GSR2 to gauge the subjects level of hypnosis suggestibility...

  • Great presenter - what will happen when perhaps one day drugs are no longer available. Imagine all the insanity and crazy people who have become hooked on drugs to control there so called dis-orders . hmm. will make a great horror !!!!

  • @EvettBrown lol very true or the people's bodies will revert back to original status or possibly even revert back to a "normal" state (by normal i mean prior to the incident that affected them or possibly post the incident (at the very beginning of where the incident occured)).

  • I am a Biofeedback Trainer . It really works and is amazing. I just returned from working in Beijing, China for 6 months. I have been working with this tech. since 2006.

  • Excellent! Very interesting. I wonder what the doctor has worked with EMDR.

  • excellent worker!

  • Very inclusive

    Good presenter

  • Cool! I'm gonna get a biofeedback next week in Veracruz!... it's amazing.. but I've got a question ... mi mom did and she wanted an update today but she couldn't go today so she called the Biofeedback Center in Veracruz and they asked her to relax at home ... so she did and slept around 50 minutes ... then they called her to tell her that her feedback was successfully done.. so.. how is that possible??. . is it really possible to get a feedback through a satellite system?..

  • I believe that this technology exists, but I do not know it exactly works or what companies provide it. Also, as far as I know you do not want the person to fall asleep while relaxing, because that means she is hypoactivated.

  • Finally veterans w/ stress disorders,PTSD, etc have somthing to turn to besides the toxic drugs the V.A. has been giving us for decades.

  • I suggest that you google and check out VIRTUALLY BETTER; they provide virtual reality as part of the treatment for PTSD and it is my understanding they have obtained good results.

By the way, thank you for your sacrifices for this country.

  • wow the longest video on youtube right here!

  • it will teach you to teach yourself everything.

  • smoke weed.

  • the easy way is almost always the wrong way in the long run it backfires trust me

  • Smoking pot is one of the worst ways to manage stress and anxiety. You might as well drink a pot of coffee a day because, in the end, that's pretty much the result you're going to get...

  • @Priole2000 True, and weed can actually cause panic attacks.

  • Smoking weed does work. People that are brainwashed will always talk out their ass. Keep an open mind, don't knock till you try it.

  • The best way to cope with Dysponesis.

  • The small white device is called the GSR2 and is available from Thought Technology Ltd. They have sold over 500,000 units to both clinicians, educators and consumers.

  • This helped me greatly with migraines - biofeedback, that is, when combined with meditation and yoga.

  • so, biofeedback allows individuals to control their metabolism rate? (i.e. heartbeat rate, digestion rate, blood pressure, blood speed, etc)

  • It allows you to better see what's going on automatically in your own body. The better you can see what's going on, the better you can learn to control it.
