@sensinzen first off i like to thank you for pressing the like button as you did also on my other video as well as commenting....well start off with two handed push ups..do only one set until failure once a day(just once)...and you will see the increase..try to get at least 45-50 pushups with two hands(eventually it will happen)...and then try one hand you will fail at this for the first attempts maybe 1 to 2 weeks...then you will be able to do 1..then from their uwill increase just keep on :))
