But there is one performance that he is clearly not lip synching the song. It was way faster than other performances and he was out of breath singing it....maybe because t was faster....but still. @smilicia97 No you could tell he was singing that one live, cause towards the end he was using his falsetto a lot, it was different from the original. The only song he lip synced was Thriller. I believe he sang Billie Jean live cause all the ad libs at the end of the song were live such as "breaking my heart baby" and his mike was on cause you could hear him clapping. Also look up the Dangerous rehearsals when he's singing Billie Jean, he sounds just like the recording.

yes your so right I left a comment to all my contacts regarding the actual rehearsal of the movie. My friend and I watched the movie again last nite and there is no way could you rehearse for a big event , mind blowing stage show and set up and hours of putting on thriller costumes. (not to mention, why even put all that makeup on just for whats suppose to be rehearsal) in a short few months, no way. This takes years to do at least one. Most moves are made in the vincinty of like 1 to 2 years.
No it can ... we have 2 very different opinions here. But let it be known that it's very easy to edit guitar bass etc. on an instrumental when you have an acapella to add on after (the old demo acapella), keep that in mind.

Michael Jackson was lip-synching in the movie to demos, Sony have admitted to it... but before anyone noticed that, Randy Phillips claimed Michael was singing 100% in the movie. Two different stories again! AEG are liars.
So we have been fooled and Michael was hardly singing live in the movie, he was lip-synching to demos (Michael knew what he was lip-synching to so he is not innocent in all of this, by far) which would tell me that this was planned as Michael would NEVER use demos in his concerts. I've been watching your videos along with other "hoax" videos and you're all relatively on the same page. For the most part, I'm on the page with you. However, what's been so hard for me to wrap my brain around is not that Michael "faked" his death...but WHY would he?!? What would be the purpose? I'm not exactly sure, but when I saw the movie I was under the impression that for the Smooth Criminal marquee part it was basically a huge screen at the back wall of the stage that the fans would be watching. And they would be if MJ wasn't standing there yet, which he wasn't. I think the answer to the marquee thing is this: They filmed a lot of scenes that was going to be showed in 3D in the backcground off the stage in the concerts(I remember reading that somewhere).

ok im not disputing the death hoax..at all..BUT michael was fully dressed for smooth criminal because he was already dressed to film parts for the video...with the green screen, etc. so that explains that. i dont believe he was lip syncing AT ALL. and kenny was referring to michael directing the filming of thriller...in the movie you see him sitting with kenny in the directors chairs.
Also another thing to look at is that he wasnt dressed for the thriller performance but when they were in production, you noticed that he had on the jacket from thiller..might not mean anything but just a clue..

good video. I'm not convinced though. As far as the rehearsals and lip syncing? if you look at his rehearsal vidoes on here for different tours, it's not much different. I just don't think he would fake his death. He was out of the spotlight for years, and prior to the announcement of his death, it had been awhile since i'd heard anything about him or from him.

There is an interview of Geraldo with Michael during the 2005 trial, he asks michael about his next projects, withou hesitation he answers that a movie, but his body language says he doesnt want to talk about it, he moves his head to his right side and close his eyes... i think he was planning to do this for a long time so final thought here is that MICHAEL IS A COMPLETE GENIUS!

So we have been fooled and Michael was hardly singing live in the movie, he was lip-synching to demos (Michael knew what he was lip-synching to so he is not innocent in all of this, by far) which would tell me that this was planned as Michael would NEVER use demos in his concerts. The rehearsals were always meant to be a MOVIE.

I've been watching your videos along with other "hoax" videos and you're all relatively on the same page. For the most part, I'm on the page with you. However, what's been so hard for me to wrap my brain around is not that Michael "faked" his death...but WHY would he?!? What would be the purpose? I'm not exactly sure, but when I saw the movie I was under the impression that for the Smooth Criminal marquee part it was basically a huge screen at the back wall of the stage that the fans would be watching. And they would be if MJ wasn't standing there yet, which he wasn't. So wouldn't that then be what Ortega meant by the camera movie over the marquee and then the background becomes the city scape with the silhouettes. Do you know what I mean? Yeah, we are probably being watched and "the powers that be" didn't like what I said. I think I had some good points about Kenny though. Literally, he said that he and MJ were alive in the editing room and if he meant "in spirit", he should have clarified that knowing that many fans believe MJ to be alive...so, now that I've repeated it...I imagine that it will get deleted. I really like Kenny though; I really do...I just think that he should clarify, unless he doesn't want to :)

Yeah and Janet does the exact same thing! She won't even finish her sentences....she'll pause and let the interviewer state the next word. For instance, not only will she not use the terms "dead, died, death, deceased, passed", she also stated "Dr. Conrad Murray administered"...notice she won't state what he administered. ok im not disputing the death hoax..at all..BUT michael was fully dressed for smooth criminal because he was already dressed to film parts for the video...with the green screen, etc. so that explains that. i dont believe he was lip syncing AT ALL. and kenny was referring to michael directing the filming of thriller...in the movie you see him sitting with kenny in the directors chairs.
