@shypianist Do you know or find exactely this fast and modern version from this video? I cant find such a fast und nice version when I search. It should be a little mixed like this! Can anyone help me ?
Im very glad to see this video, because Pepel is the Grandfather of my horse Tugun, who has so much of him, and it`s beautiful to see him here...Thanks!!
thank you for posting the videos...not only this one but the others as well...they are a wonderful picture into a time now gone and that is commendable that you would do this...
I think one of the things that impressed me about Dr. Petushkova is that she wasn't a professonal rider; she was a professor of biology and the University of Moscow. This balancing of riding at such a high level with career [and with family] is very very difficult. Even more true with respect to Dr. Klimke. I always wanted to meet both of these individuals but sadly I have left it too late. DG
I say thank you too Rustrakehner for posting this video!! This is a real treat to watch. I wish there was more of the two of them. I have watched this over and over.
Thankyou for posting this. It is a pleasure to watch the old films of such great horse and riders. Elena unfortunately passed away last year. This is definitely keeping her greatness in memory for all to see.
The music is based on J.S. Bach's first pelude of the Well-Tempered Clavier.

@GermanysNextLasse No, I'm sorry. It's based on Prelude 1 BWV 846. You could try to find modern versions with Google.
