@ScarecrowCruz it's not just better graphics, those better graphics make the character's and monsters designed by Toriyama look like it. Of course you have the manuals, the old school taste and stuff, but the DS remakes are a nice way to get to these games if you weren't able to play them, and also making them more attractive. And they're still so old school even though.

@emigrate77 The DS version is garbage. They removed almost all the good flavor of the original game, tainting it with terrible accents, last names, butchered spell/item/character names, an unnecessary chapter 5 preview, and weakened music (especially because of the DS' speakers). This is without even mentioning that you have to play it on a handheld which naturally has a tiny screen so you can't get the original epic feeling you could get in a dark room with an NES and CRT television.

@AlexFolland Ok? At least those "terrible accents" make it more entertaining to read. They had been using that for a LONG time, in case your memory is bad. And what is any of that to you? Dragon Warrior 4 was done in a time when translation work was SHITTY. If you want to play a shitty game, Don't talk shit about people who put more effort into the work now than they ever did before.

There's a ds game called retro game challenge, it has a game called guadia quest and that one looks exactly like this...a few different points though..but almost the same...Good vid btw!
