  • Das ist wirklich gut

  • Whatever you do. Don't order a kayak from Amazon !!!!!!!!

  • If you want the best fishing kayak ? Go look at the Malibu Stealth series. We have two. The Malibu S-14 and Stealth -9. Will be getting a S-12 soon. But do as I did and go to Bass Pro and compare the Ocean Kayak to the Malibu's and you will see theirs no choice to be made !! You will leave with a Malibu. I will put a couple of Video on here soon to help !!!

  • Hi, i am looking fo a new fishing kayak and wanted to know how wet do you get while using a sit on if your just fishing on small-medium sized lakes?

  • HI, I am 6 foot 4 inches tall, weight 190 lbs and am looking for a kayak that I can fish in the pacific ocean (Vancouver, British Columbia) in the summer, and someimtes in the lakes and rivers too!

    any recomendations

  • Can you tell me what kayak is being used in the video between 1:35 and 1:41 in the fast river rapids?

  • Comment removed

  • I will be posting some of my own vids soon need to buy a recorder but don't know what to get... Lookin

  • I am 6-1 and 305 but not that fat but a big Dude and I have been fishing a big game for about 1 1/2 years and it is the only way to go. Nothing has ever flipped me or stopped me from getting it in... The best choice for any big guys

  • i will be on the texas coast getty fishing.what to you think on top.is the best kayak .im 6 foot 225.no problem for a kayak?

  • HI i went to a lake last summer in Canada on my vacation and got hooked to the experience. I live in Lebanon and i am searching for a fun kayak to use on the Mediterranean Sea for some various activity rowing around, taking pictures and some light fishing.

i did visit some stores tp purchase some kayaks but they where a bit expensive nothing below 1k, in the brochure ii saw a Cobra Explorer and navigator xf is that kinda kayak good for me or not and what do you recommend to a novice, below 800

  • @jadou88 O and i am 5"9 and weight about 120 Kg

  • ok I want to get a kayak I am 5'8 weight 260 lb wich one good for me? dont really metter the price

  • @gamergrounds Try the Ocean Kayak Trident 13, or the Ocean Kayak Prowler Big Game. The Big Game is probably the better one for you. It won't win any awards for speed, but the wide platform will make it super stable and you'll even be able to comfortably stand and fish from it.

  • I bass fish in small to medium sized lakes and ponds and i am looking for a good sturdy kayak under $600, any suggestions?

  • @outdoors52 Rather than looking for a new fishing kayak under $600, I would look for a second hand kayak. You can get a really good second hand kayak for that price. I would try posting that question on the Kayak Bass Fishing website forum.

  • i recommend the trophy 126

  • @outdoors52 Check out the Ascends from Bass Pro, they are really good yaks right in your price range.

  • I was wondering if anyone could let me know if a 2 man SOT is a good idea or not - I am considering a 13ft 2man just to use on a lake, how are they vs sit in , how are 2 man Kayaks are they difficult to control? Just plan on using for recreation, Kids use , maybe fishing.....thanks for any help

  • @jpfromdracut 2 man SOT's are great! They're amazing for taking kids out, and they're even good for taking out and fishing from alone.

  • The drawback to a sit-on-top kayak, is if you flip, your fishing tackle will end up at the bottom of the lake....

The drawback to a sit-in kayak is it is difficult to maneuver, and there is very limited space to carry your gear. I would pick a sit-on-top kayak that has a back hatch large enough you can store your tackle box inside, and purchase knee straps, if you are planning on fishing in the ocean in a SOT, to give you more stability when ocean launching which is when most people flip.

  • 1 Person picked the wrong kayak.

  • @iamnotatroll1 I have the porwler big game and it can go anywhere I am 6'1 302 but for your size I would get a caper angler

  • My dad and I were going to get kayaks for fishing but we are not sure what kind of kayak. we are both about 6feet tall and around 150lbs and we were gonna use them next to a bridge with a preety strong current so if you could give me tips on what kind of kayak to use that would be appreciated

  • @iamnotatroll1 pretty* strong current. also we use live bait

  • @iamnotatroll1 Ideally... go with the Ocean Kayak Torque, which has a built in Minn Kota motor. This will let you maintain your position in the current without paddling, so that you can focus on fishing. You can also use the Ocean Kayak Trident, and anchor of the stern to hold your position in the current. Just be careful when anchoring in current. We posted a video not long ago about the challenges of doing so. Check it out.

  • My wife and I are new to kayaking and are looking into a couple sit-on-tops. We will primarily be using them for fishing, touring and some camping on large choppy lakes. Now my question is what kayak would a good choice for us? I’m 6’2”, 305 lbs and my wife is 5’3”, 125 lbs. I thought maybe a 15’ Prowler for me (Would I take in too much water?) and a 13’ Prowler for her. Any advice would be appreciated.

  • @neighborator A prowler 11' or 13' would be great for your wife. The 15' would be good for you, although if you loaded it with camp gear (food and water) you'd have a very full load. Check out the Ocean Kayak Big Game Angler. It's wider than the Prowler 15', which will make it more stable for you. The trade off is that it's a little slower than the Prowler.

  • I'm at a crossroads as to what kind of kayak to get for semi-rough waters in the med.

Is it better a closed kayak or sit on top? I see the closed kayak as an option for winter but horrible in the heat of summer. The sit ont ops are generally slower. Any additional info on your experience would be appreciated. Thanks

  • want to go fishing with me

  • Ok, a vishing Kayak video recorded in a lake... mmmm

  • Put the paddle down and fish, get a Hobie fool.

  • these kayaks are all shit, hobie kayaks are the best u can get!

  • @markrufino Wrong, Hobbies have a bow that gets under water. I wouldnt get in rough seas in such a vessel. So far the folding french Nautiraid seems the best, but folbot GII and such are good too.

  • @markrufino ya if u hav a few grand to throw around...

  • i got a trophy 126 sit inside, and i've been out 3 times, in a lake, a bay, but today, i went on the ocean side, and i kept flipping and swamping, and i was wondering, will i have that problem with a sit on top, like is a sit on top better for rough waves, like the ocean?

  • when you catch a lot of fish where do you put them on the kayak

  • @jonathanmunguia360 on your lap

  • @jonathanmunguia360

many people use a stringer, however I carry a soft shelled cooler in the rear of my kayak.

  • He said 'oot' - I call Canadian!

  • He's canadian!

  • can you fish with another person in a 1 man kayak,

  • @wizjuice lap up!!! lol

  • I am new to this and I love to fish so I am looking for a good sit on kaya any ideas? also if a can stand it would be great!

  • can i use a kayak where i fish reason i ask is because i fish in very shallow waters like 1.5 feet in low tide

  • @ModernSWATLeader, the salesman at my kayak store said they'll cruise through water as shallow as 4". Of course, this depends upon the weight capacity of the kayak vs. the weight of gear and your weight.

  • beutifull.

    Visited my video

  • Besides the size difference, which would you say is better the prowler trident 15 or 13, or are they about the same.

  • @superCam25 You can't go wrong with either. It's more a matter of how you'll use it. If you tend to paddle long distances, the speed and tracking of the 15 is nice. With that said, the 13 is still pretty fast and tracks well. We use the 13 more because it's lighter and easier to transport... and we're moving around, unloading, loading, etc, a lot each day.

  • @KayakFishingTales is ocean kayaks as good as wilderness????

  • @superCam25 I did a 5 day trip with around 5-8 hrs of paddling a day with a friend. I had the 13 and he rode the 15. The 15 was definitively about 20-30% faster and was tracking much better in wind and against 4 knots wind. However I bought mine, while he rented his and the main reason I got the 13 was storing it The prowler 15 is a beast but it is a big boat. For a long trip though it will carry a lot more in its dry space. Almost double the space. I wish I had the space for it.

  • Awesome information....

  • I like your videos,

I hope to buy mi kayak very soon, have to be an Ocean - ofcourse-

  • Hobie plz :)

  • Another good one guys!
