All I could tell you is that such style of sun glasses is called Aviator. As far as the particular brand of these...(?) It's a matter of looking to see if they can still be found or see if there's something equivalent in the market today. Although the Aviator style was born from WWII these have a cool 80s touch to them, I know, but I don't think something similar or pretty similar will be hard to find, Aviators are always being done by many brands.

The beauty of it, the irony of it, is beneath the sex and drugs the film is about the innocence and naivte (spelled wrong, sorry) of the characters. I thought at first they were dumb or something, but they really are just innocent and believe in wild things. They are almost child like. Bravo to the performers and to PT Anderson.
