i'm sorry but it really annoys me when some people are like, this song is a reminder that god is with us as christians! blah blah blah. this song means alot more than 'god.' i do not belong to any religion but that doesn't mean i don't believe cus i do. this song means everyone. we are god, every one of us is god. if we can be by the side of the people we love, then the world will be a much better place. we just need to learn to love.

When I first heard it last summer, the opening lyrics - Why are you striving, why are you trying...to earn grace - those lyrics just grabbed my attention and made me listen.
