  • R.I.P. VIC!

  • i discovered vic chesnutt just a few years ago, and he quickly became one of my most favorite artists. this album is one of his shining hours.

  • shut up

  • I love Vic Chesnutt!

  • does anyone know if Vic has a blog or youtube page? I went to high school with him and we used to play guitar together (informally) in Athens back in the 80s. I am a lawyer here now and haven't seen him in years. If anyone can help, I will be very grateful.

  • That was fantastic!!

  • thank you for posting this. vic vic vic

  • super! merci ! :ange:

  • wow, what a treat to see this, i've been a huge fan for years. Vic Chesnutt is certainly one of the best songwriters out there and Ghetto Bells is one of his finest efforts. as usual, the lyrics shine, but this release finds him really expanding his vocals. i caught him live in Chicago last year and noticed the same thing, it looked like Vic was really enjoying the singing part. Also great to watch the sublime bill frissell play that guitar. tasty accompaniment...

  • what's that thing on the headstock of Bill's guitar, some kind of counterweight? a microphone?

  • tuner

  • its a guitar tuner

  • Awesome!

    Bill Frisell is incredible.
