Don't listen to this ignorant guy, you ROCKED today on the Senate Floor! Right on! Thanks for bringing the truth about Gitmo and hopefully putting to rest the constant lies and fear tacktics of the Republicans. Now we know that there are over 200 "terrorists" already in our prisons. A true truth teller! A dying breed! God Bless You!

A fine speech, I loved his warm, natural enthusiasm. Arguably much better than some of the more 'high-profile' speechs during the DNC. Comes across as a thoroughly trustworthy, decent, affable man.

Well this year Dick Durbin is up for reelection in the Senate. If your old enough to vote and since you apparently live in Illinois I want you to vote to reelect Dick Durbin to the United States Senate. I live in New Jersey and I'm not old enough to vote but I am trying to get my neighbors to vote to Reelect Frank Lautenberg to the senate. The Democrats currently have the majority in the Senate and I would like it to stay that way. I would also like Barack Obama to be president.
