  • That is pretty neat. If I make one, I would rather do it with a cordless device, as it would be handier.

  • wow,nice work my friend.

  • Awesome Idea man, I thought about a vibrator, but not the clippers. I actually have an older pair, this seems like the only use.

  • keeping picks on you when you don't have a locksmith license = possession of burglary tools = felony in many states.

  • @jmurockstar really? I doubt it is illegal to carry, illegal to use them without a permit unless it is your own lock or property but in order for them to be found you need to have already been doing something illegal unless you submit to an unlawful search and seizure then they are not admissable in court. unless I have been mislead. I will definately do some research as I find it fascinating that simple possession would be illegal. Like my friends that carry folding slimjims.

  • @Mikej1592 yeah, it varies by state... check out this page: dubdubdubdot lockpickguide dotcom/legalityoflockpicks.html

In my state, (va) just having the tools on you is enough for them to charge you with a class 5 felony

  • @jmurockstar That explains my confusion, I am from PA, where no law is written according to your site recomendation, and the ORegon law where I live now says prettymuch anything from a paperclip to a plasma cutter can be considered a theft tool if it is proven that you intended on using it for a theft is then a misdamenor, Imagine getting arested for having a torch in your trunk or a hacksaw, you might be going home from Lowes and go to jail for possession LOL

  • i converted a vibrating ass plug, now i have to clean the shit out of the crack of the lock

  • OK made mine n it works great on new locks in my hand,,, but put it in my actual door deadbolt .... nothin ... why??

  • @Sconda75 when using an electric lock pick, the lock has to be newer and clean since an older dirty lock may not allow the pins to bounce properly, which is the objective of electric picks.

  • I just made one got a cheap shaver for ten bucks at cvs. the apoxy is now drying, I really hope it works. I'll post my results.

  • To loud the neighbours will hear it -_-

  • im going to wait for my trimmer to take a crap before i do that, but for now i will stick to my set of bumpkeys, i got them for 2 bucks each online at superbumpkeys. com and they work freaking good.

  • How poor are lock pickers if they have to make wallets out of duct tape?!

  • i like this idea, i might make one with something smaller and battery operated though. I really like your case, i might steal that idea haha
