How bout looking at Donald Drivers touchdown against the Niners last year where he caught a post pattern pass than broke numerous tackles to the endzone.
I know it sucks but if u have a good offense you can win, I never really have as much trouble stopping the run but pass defense is a problem and I hate the dropped picks too but at least for me I'm better on offense than on defense on madden
alot of times when im tackling i use the joy stick to try and pry the ball out which runs the risk of tackles being broken and with the hit stick if its not lined up those tackles get broken as well I find it best to just run into the guy and not to try hit stick of use the joy stick unless its necessary.

@FBItalian11 If it is on all-madden, then that is why your team's tacklers suck. Your team would tackle better on a lower setting. You can probably adjust the AI individually, as well. Just a suggestion.
It took Backbreaker months to make an amazing patch. It took madden a year to put in a coach with the same voice telling you what plays to pick (gameflow), and now the players are on roller blades (locomotion).
dats nutin, in madden 10 i made this character in supersar mode and he broke 10 tackles and ran 77 yards for a touchdown....his tackle breaking ability wuz only 74
imo for online mode, EA just needs to make the Defence a lot better (I prefere to play a low scoring game than a higher one, simply because it is more realistic .. and your opponent is less likely to rage quit) ... and about the breaking tackles on offence, seriously, I can't remember the last time where a back-up broke more than 2tackles in a single play, let alone the entire game (real life)!
also a rb ypc is maybe 2.5 or 3 yards this damn game they pick up 7 and 8 the d line is non existance, everyone will say to play on all madden well that will just leave u in the shotgun running for ur life cause ur line cant block nebody, and ur defense cant break blocks the pc qb can stand in the pocket for 5-10 sec, they always know where your blitz is coming from and roll way out of the pocket pass across their body while ur defender watches the receiver catch the ball its terrible
i will play the first half where i have to tweak the setting in order to run or pass, so the end of the half its like 30+ to 0, the pc has less than a 100 yard rushing or passing, the quarters are set to 8 min acc clock, the pc is able to return 2 and 3 kicks, punts, 50+ yards rb runs, 50+ yards qb passes, one game against the cowboys fucn t. romo had like 200 yards rushing and this all happens in the second half they really need to fix this..
at first i thought the announcing and the dpad hotrouting was the worse thing about this game..until i found out theres no tackling and the zone coverage is non existent!!!i can play a cover 3 with patrick willis playing zone and u can throw right into the zone and it goes right past him..and if u do catch it next to him, dont matter what player it is, they will break his tackle!!! one of the best lbers in the game overall 99 cant tackle or play zone, unbelievable!!!
This game has atrocious tackling; among other things. The worst I've seen, on numerous occasions, is a three man gang tackle on the running back in which he easily breaks out. Does anyone test these games? If NFL 2K5, a six year old game, can have better gameplay, presentation, and blocking, etc..., what exactly are they doing at EA year after year? Madden 11 even looks like 2K5.

The facemask tackles come too frequently on this game.
All-Madden mode is extremely hard on 11 than 10, tackles getting broken is my frustration more than tackles. I have to now adjust sliders.
