DOES ANYONE REMEMBER WHEN THIS RIDE FIRST OPENED??? like instead of stars there were red and blue spot lights every where, so it would seem as if you were crashing into a wall. I ask people that alto and know one else has seen it but my sister!

I almost went on this ride I dont go to Disney that often so I wanted to make it the day of a lifetime , so I went on all the rides so this was the last ride of the day and i was ready to go on and then my best friends dad started saying stuff that made me really scared so I didnt go on but my other best firend did and she said that all the stuff he said wasnt true so i was bumed i didnt get to on all the rides :(

Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 (I used it's in-game cam by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+F11) and Windows Movie Maker.... and I have no idea. They haven't announced anything very specific other than changing the track while leaving the same layout. Keep checking blogs to see what the rumors/facts are I guess

you know what realey amazes me is the way they let things break and leave them like that. They dont fix anything. They build something and after that it is on its own.

The other guy is just jealous that your idea is better than his. I like your idea but there is only one problum with it. I think alot of origional rides should be kept origional. There are alot of people who go on that ride knowing that there going to walk down that tunnel and hear that music first thing. that is a soft spot for alot of people. Definitly replace the stuff that dosnt work right anymore.

Trust me, I'm not advocating changing Space Mountain; I just wanted to try something new. It does, however, need a SERIOUS refurbishment. Right now, the track is getting old and rough, the catwalks are collapsing, and the building is getting dirty and has poor ventilation (on any hot day the queue wreaks of BO). They really need to replace the track with new steel, clean the building, and separate Fastpass from Standby to avoid guests in Standby from picking fights with and spitting on Fastpass.

Everything needs to be refurbushed. They are adding all these new things and leaving al the origional things in the dust. I cant believe what they did to the end of spaceship earth. they took away that cool city part and that one part where you look at the earthand you see the walls of the ball now go thru a tunnel and watch a screen. Walt disney is probaly rolling under his grave right now. Disney is turning into a run of the mill 6 flags.

I never said it was being refurbished. The description says the refurb "I'M" doing, as in a refurbishment that is MY idea. If this were Disney's refurbishment plan, I would've worded my description differently. I've been to Disney much more than twice since this video so I know =) lol

yes, both of them, especially space mountain. i once heard a story from a cast member about a woman who threw up during her entire ride on space mountain. they had a LOT to clean up lol. expedition everest is bad too, but it's really just the part backwards in the dark that gets to most people, and its usually because they dont eat or eat too much or just have water all day and are all tired. it's usually not just the coaster but a combination of things. the coaster just tops it off =) lol

stars come from jcat's spaceworx (search the atari forums). track combining is a cheat code that you can also get from the atari forums (search for the "duel stations" thread)

the music in the background is actually the beginning sequence of the Star Tunnel theme that plays when you walk the queue in WDW and pass the star windows. If you check Limewire..just look up Star Tunnel theme or Space Mountain Music. It comes up..Hope this helped

it wont be done =( the file and the backup file both became corrupt so now they wont open....im really really upset about it cause just gettin to this point took me a total of like 16 or 18 hours. itll be really really hard to duplicate, but i did take a lot of screenshots so hopefully i can somebody when i get more time.

Very Nice. Personal opinion, I like it with two tracks lol, but since this is fictional from what I know of im fine with it. I love any kind of ride with two tracks, and when they changed Disneyland's to a single track I wasn't too happy. Great ride non-the-less but I like it as a two track. Your ride looks very detailed, as with most of your creations.

I know Florda's has always been double tracked, and I've thought that California's was origonally built as a double track as well. I could be wrong but I still like the double track better.

They planned the aneheim one to be double tracked, but there was no room so they had to start over from scratch.
