@totalNINJAface render out qt movie-animation codec-milions of color+ it has alpha chanell (u'll get transparent bg). Animation codec is not the only codec whit that option but it is the best one. hope that helps!

@totalninjaface you can use the rotoscope tool, but I've found out that it only works good with hd footage either 720 or 1080p. Research rotoscoping for adobe after effects in youtube for tutorials.
