Air Marshals do not use rubber bullets. They use very dense metal bullets. Cabin depressurization from a bullet cannot cause catastrophic decompression. Nor can it destroy the control lines, because they are multiply redundant. A loss of cabin pressure is not a problem. It's only pressurized to about 10,000 feet, which is only about 4 times less pressure than 40,000. A just a few PSIA.

Yeah the original Dawn of the Dead is incredible. It's my favorite movie... the absolute epitome of a zombie movie. Though the effects in Dawn of the Dead were pretty great for bring such a low-budget movie... and in 1978.... Tom Savini is a genius.
