seems strange that a sculpture called freedom would be outside a company (glaxo smithkline)that enslaves people with its drugs such as seroxat.mentally and physically destroying people for profit.
a company who refused to give license to companies in 3rd world countries to make HIV an aids medication so those countries cant produce their own and have to buy glaxo smithklines own more expensive brand.

However, I'm not sure that the drug firm owns the sculpture since it is leasing space in the building behind the sculpture and will soon be relocating to the Navy Yard. Philadelphia has a big public art program. I would assume that the sculpture will remain in it's current location after the drug firm leaves....will know for sure in a few months.
