  • these parents should be turned into child protective services for endangering their child's health. Serious injuries can occur from a small baby hitting the back of his head like that! Shame on them for letting this happen ON PURPOSE and thinking its funny enough to then post on the web.

  • The parents not actually cruel. Sometime they want the baby to sleep but they still want to play so refuse to go to sleep. My brother usually put my nephew (when he's too stubborn to sleep) sitting on a bed & sooner or later he flopped himself to sleep. His parents would be nearby to watch him. If they say something, he will become stubborn again & refuse to sleep. So my brother let him be.
