When he auditioned, director John Moore liked him immediately! He had to sit on a swing with a terrifying dog on the ground next to him (for the audition). The expression on his face was perfect. The studio used the tape of Seamus' audition for the teaser trailer.

@Ramanujan88 What The Omen [2006] lacks is a conversation between photographer, Keith Jennings, and Joan Hart to the effect that Robert Thorn is going to meet Karl Bugenhagen in Jezreeel. Why ? Because, in the 1978 movie, Damien: Omen 2, Joan Hart tells Richard Thorn that she learned from photographer Keith Jennings, that Robert Thorn was going to meet Karl Bugenhagen in Jezreel.

@Ramanujan88 I AGREE WITH YOU COMPLETELY!!!!!!!! How about more detail with Damien's birth and some shots(even if they are ambiguous) of that. Like a scene of Damien being born but we don't necessarily see the jackal but we hear it howling or wailing.

This was the kid's audition. Once the director played it back, he wanted the kid to play the part. The audition was played as a teaser trailer afterwards.

this is one of the scariest teaser trailers ever, i remember seeing the trailer in the cinema and as soon as damien turned around about 7 people ran out of the room.

My Bloody Valentine was purely pathetic. The original was the good one, when are people going to realize you cant outdo originals. Well, with the exception of Carpenter's (The Thing) and Cronenberg's (The Fly). Strangers was a really good. Psychological and eerie.
