They don't really label themselves anything and don't really fall under one genre, and a lot of that has to do with what is now considered "deathcore" isn't what was considered deathcore 10 years ago. They stick out because:

1. Guy's vocals are second to none. He uses no tricks and I don't think anyone can recreate his sound, he's straight up yelling.

2. You can hear elements of punk, hardcore, death metal, grindcore, and so on. They kind of do their own thing.

I would probably say they are a metalcore band (think metal with ACTUAL Hardcore [Nowadays referred to incorrectly as just 80s punk ]) in the spirit of Napalm Death.
