if it makes it more realistic how come you did not cuss in you're comment.i mean if something really bad happens i can see saying the D or H word. even then people dont go around saying the F word. and it does affect the animation. after hearing the pilot start cussing away i decided to mute it. i have played games and seen movies that cuss...... but not so richly. plus its very offending.

The fighters fly like airplanes and the "ALIENS" have crappy plasma weapons. Who designed their ship? Unless you just want a pain in the neck in repair and maintenance you don't put all kinds of spires and lobes along the craft, besides if its made for atmospheric maneuvering it'll be hell to shield it all on descent.

As to nuking it in the end, the magnetic feild put off by the plasma ball (next post)

the models were pretty good. textures were a little lacking. lighting was plain awful, and animation was pretty simple.

I'm not attacking ya, i'm merely speaking as a fellow 3D animator. Keep at it buddy. I reckon if you touched it up a little bit, it'll be awesome. you know, better lighting, improved subtleties in the animation, camera work, even radiosity on the laser materials. Catchya later.
