It's a sequel to the first Persona.

EP and IS are parallel games with IS coming before EP chronologically. They are also standalone games. You can play one or both and still understand the story but it's recommended you play IS first then EP

@KiraC91 Well, if anything, play 3. That one gives alot of insight on Persona, shadows and demons, but sadly, the only relation it has to this game are small cameos you can sometimes see if you opt to stay at home on holidays and watch TV.

@Jingle041 Jun's mask is in the Mt Iwato too, its the last one you'll recover, almost at the end, its really hard to miss the cavern where it is ^^' i hope you have a save before finishing that part of the game
