If you are okay with risk taking- a heat gun is the best way I know to reflow the chip. You'll have to hold it at around 350F degrees for about 5 minutes to make sure the bottom of the IC gets to temperature. Just DON'T bump or touch the board or IC until it has cooled (this is where a hot air workstation comes in handy). Any little misalignment will basically ruin the board.
